If your item is ever damaged in shipping, please contact us at email@example.com for immediate action. Mail the damaged discs to us either to be replaced with new disc or to be refunded.
You will be required to provide us with your TRANSACTION NUMBER and/or CART ID and reason for returning the product.
We do not accept DVDS that your player is unable to play.
We do not accept any items that are damaged by the customers.
We only accept items that are purchased from nagamic.com.
Shipping cost shall be borne by the customer unless the return is a result of our error.
